Therapeutic Process
My experience enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. I treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples. I am skilled in several therapeutic modalities and custom match each client according to their presenting issues.
Treatment Focus
My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I work within the narrative, cognitive behavioral, solution focus, psychodynamic and Gastalt frameworks. I am an ETT therapist who uses light and color to tap into deep rooted subconscious issues so clients can gain insight and ultimately freedom from their past.
